Philadelphia, Pennsylvania * - On Saturday June 12th at 5pm the DC Shoe Co. team will be making a stop at Carmella Playground (formerly known as Whitehall). This stop on the DC "Live and Uncut Tour 2004 *" is sponsored by Franklin's Paine Skatepark Fund *. Pros expected to be in attendance reportedly include Josh Kalis *, Rob Dyrdek *, Ryan Smith, Lindsey Robertsen, Brian Wenning, and others. People are encouraged to come and check out the DC team and show your support for Franklin's Paine Skatepark Fund.

On the first day of summer, Monday June 21st 6pm Franklin's Paine is sponsoring 'Go Skateboarding Day *' in Philadelphia at Carmella Playground (whitehall). Shops participating in the event include Slave, Nocturnal, Sub Zero * and Exit. Organizers welcome you to come hang out and skate!

To reach Carmella Playground From City Hall: Take the Market/Frankford EL Eastbound to Bridge&Pratt/ The Frankford Transportation Center. Walk down Bridge Street South past the CVS Take a right on Torresdale Ave. Walk 3 or 4 blocks and you will see the Recreation Center on your left.

From I-95N: Get off at Bridge exit and take left on Wakeling, Recreation center will be on your left after about two blocks

From Girard & Frankford: Take frankford to Torresdale Ave Take a right on Torresdale and the Recreation Center will be about a half mile on your right across from a large
