Plans are in the works for a Powell Canada * Tour for May of this year.

Rodney Jones * got back from a tour of Japan * and went down to the Tampa * Pro. He skated well in his qualifying heat but had a fall in the semis.

Pat Channita * finally finished up healing from his injury and also went to Tampa. He filmed an interview for an Asian cable show and will be working on a major commercial for one of his sponsors.

Jon Comer * will be attending a prosthetic trade show this month and is still working on his documentary. Jon recently discovered a training facility skating distance from his new home.

Danny Wainwright *'s shop video, Jus Foolin' has arrived in the states.

Moses Itkonen * went to Hawaii * and here is what has been happening with him; "I blew my ACL while skating in Waikiki on my last day of vacation (Feb 9th). I've been in recovery mode since, seeing physio guys and working out pretty hard. It was messed up at first but now I can ride a bike, lift weights and walk with no problems now. I leave for Montreal * on the 15th of March to have reconstructive surgery. Dr. Ranger, who has patched up Danny Way * and other Olympic athlete's, is going to put a polyester ACL ligament called a LARS ligament into my right knee. I should be back on my board within three to four months time.

I also woke up one day a week ago to find my truck missing! Someone had stolen it and my KMC wheels *. A few days later it was recovered but my wheels were missing and they had FSU'ed the interior."

He just returned home from surgery and all went well. We all wish him a speedy recovery.

Steve Caballero * has been skating a lot and doing some filming, His latest news was the discovery of a new talent, His 5 1/2 year old daughter, Kayla has been riding motocross and also skating with him at the VANS * park.

Powell Ams

Oliver Buchanan * came out to LA for a week and shot some photos down in LA. He'll be graduating high school this year. Tyler Hansen * has been tweaking his knee a lot lately. He's in a Krux * ad right now. Silas Baxter-Neal * is slicing it up.

Jordan Hoffart * is filming a bit for a local Canada skate video. He is finishing up his senior year of high school as well. Jordan has a part in SD filmer Drew Dorans' video "Con Todo Con Tido".

Tony Manfre * had an amazing interview in Slap. Check it out. He also has a good part in the video/dvd "Underdog" by SB local Eric Hatch. Look for some sick footy of Silas and Jordan in there too.
