Alan Petersen * has just returned from a two month stint in Australia *. He left directly for Oz from our Southwest trip to the Make-A-Wish demo so it's been almost since Halloween since he's had the chance to fall into his own bed. Welcome home Alan. Coverage from time down under spent with Caswell and Appleyard can be viewed in the new issue of Thrasher *. Alan has been added to the Team at Ruckus Trucks * alongside the likes of Markovich and Adams and should have some interesting shoe news to announce in the coming weeks as well...
Karma has been busy filming since a recent recovery of a massive ankle bruising. Daily sessions * at the new Berkeley * park had been standard until the Government had to step in and quell the fun. Sadly, Karma's clothing sponsor of the last several years have closed their doors so if any of you are interested in throwing your duds his way let Consolidated know.
Wilburn has been starting his every morning off at Burnside lately as he's actually been home in Portland * for long enough periods to enjoy it. After driving across country and back almost three times this year he actually took a plane to Florida * last week to be a judge at the annual Tampa * Am contest. Fret not, however, as it was only a one-way ticket and he's now driving all over the Southern U.S. with photographer Andrew Hutchison working on a Big Brother * interview.
Clint Peterson has just finished up shooting the photos for his Big Brother interview and it should be out in the next couple of issues. He has also recently accepted an offer to become a member of the Accel Wheels * family and impressed us all with his footage in the new Skate Works video "Shop Copy" which premiered earlier this month in San Jose. Lastly...Clint is now a semi-permanent resident of California * as he's taken up residence in Oakland.
Jesse Paez * has been on a filming mission lately...gathering all kinds of new footage for Ezekiel *, Genetic * and Consolidated. After taking 1st Place in Best Trick at the Make-A-Wish a couple of months back he decided it was time to hit up the Southwest again for some warmer weather so he and Richard took off to AZ a couple of weeks ago and have been sighted at various parks and street spots.
Steve Bailey has just returned from an eight month stay on the Southern coast of Spain *. Back just in time for the finishing of the Washington * Street cement playground in San Diego *. He's currently on a road trip throughout California with Thrasher Photographer Joe Hammeke.
Keep your eyes out for a Consolidated Team Controlled Chaos in 411VM in the coming months...
