Casting is partly complete for "Lords of Dogtown *," the fictional take on Stacy Peralta *'s"Dogtown and Z-Boys *". The film is to follow a group of surfers who were instrumental in starting the skateboard movement in Venice/Santa Monica (Dogtown) in the 1970s. The cast is to include Nikki Reed ("Thirteen"), Heath Ledger, Emile Hirsch ("The Girl Next Door") Victor Rasuk ("Raising Victor Vargas") and John Robinson ("Elephant"), who will reportedly play Stacy Peralta.
