New York * - The Eyejammie Fine Arts Gallery has teamed with Consolidated Skateboards, along with Osiris *, Mass Appeal, Zoo York *, Kid Robot, and Phat Farm to put on "Untitled: An Exhibition of Original Skateboard Art" at the gallery's location at 516 West 25th Street in New York City *'s island of Manhattan.

The show presents the work of painters, photographers, illustrators, clothing designers, graffiti writers, vinyl toy designers, skaters, musicians, graphic designers, moms, dads, cats and dogs. According to organizers, each artist was given a blank skateboard deck to create their artwork on -- with no instructions or artificial time limitations. The show was curated by Cey Adams.

Presenting works by artists Alexander Duke, Andy Kessler, Angela Williams, Brian Brannon, Brooke Williams, Built By Wendy, Cey Adams, Chris Yormick, Claw Money, Closeknit Clothing, Cycle, Dee Delara, Dennis McNett, Douglas Miles, Espo (Steve Powers), Ezo, Filth, Ghost, Giant, Haze, Jahmal Williams *, Jennifer Brannon, Jen Props, Jor One, J Strickland, Kathleen Hanna, Krink, Kyle Goen, Mad, Meca, Michael Lavine, Michael Uman, Morning Breath, Nico Berry, Noah McDounough, Revolt, Dante Ross, Shepard Fairey *, SHR (Sacha Jenkins), Sket One, Greg Lamarche (SP.One), Dalton Sry, Team (Keene Carse), Terrence Chin and Tristan Eaton.

The Eyejammie gallery was founded in March 2003 * by Bill Adler, who worked with Russell Simmons at Def Jam records starting in 1984. Eyejammie was launched with the purpose of presenting "hip-hop imagery". Bill recognizes that the art form is now 30 years old, and bigger and more influential than ever before, and was quoted as saying, "Hip-hop music gets all the love in the world, but hiphop as a visual art tends to get overlooked. I founded Eyejammie to do what I could to correct that imbalance."
