Britain *'s top gangsters have given £39,000 to build a kiddies'
playground and skatepark * - but it's nothing to do with their generosity.
The cash comes from £11 million crime money seized by the
Government's new Assets Recovery Agency.
Most of it has gone on drug projects and crime fighting units.
But Oxfordshire police said some cash should be used to give kids in
the village of Blewbury something to do so they are not tempted to
break the law out of boredom.
